Required Permissions
The dedicated staff profile you create for Reflekt Legal needs a specific set of NEOS security permissions — no more, no less. Enable the toggles below on the profile's Security settings.
NEOS groups permissions into granular Add / Modify / View / Delete toggles. Enable only the ones listed here so the integration account follows the principle of least privilege.

| Create intakes | Intakes | Add | Open new intakes from inbound calls and messages. |
| Create intakes | Intakes | View | Confirm an intake was created. |
| Look up cases | Cases | View | Search and read existing cases and intakes. |
| Add notes to cases | Notes | Add | Write notes to the correct case or intake. |
| Create call logs | Communications Tab | Enabled | Access the Communications area on the profile. |
| Create call logs | Communications | Add (Can Modify) | Create and update call logs, summaries, and notes. |
| Retrieve staff members | Staff | View | Read the firm's staff list to assign calls and intakes. |
| Read Mini Directories | Mini Directories | View | Read picklist values such as the Purpose directory to classify calls and intakes. |

Permission labels and menu paths can vary slightly by NEOS plan and firm configuration. If an exact label is missing, choose the closest Add / View option for that area, or contact Assembly Software support to confirm the equivalent permission.
